All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or cancellations, unless the event is outright cancelled. If the event is cancelled altogether, we will contact you to confirm refunds go to the correct method of payment.
Tickets are subject to a 5% service fee. All processing fees are added at Checkout. Upgrades available only on an as available basis. Separate tickets may need to be purchased for certain events.
Please note all speakers and exhibitors are subject to cancellation or schedule changes due to professional commitments. Up-to-date schedule changes will be posted on the website and social media channels during the show should any arise.
